Benoît Fortin
Vice President, Infrastructure (PP&I Team)

In the role of Vice President, Infrastructure, Benoit Fortin is responsible for developing relationships on behalf of SkyPower with key members of local communities as well as municipal and provincial levels of government across Canada. These relationships are integral to understanding local needs for infrastructure. Benoit also works with off-takers, site designers, and engineers to ensure successful management and development of SkyPower projects.

Prior to joining SkyPower, Benoit was the Worldwide Telecom and Infrastructure Manager at Webhelp Inc. During his four year tenure at Webhelp, Benoit managed technology, infrastructure, and deployment in Canada, Philippines, India, and Sri Lanka. Benoit was also a core member of the technical team that designed an innovative worldwide voice and data network.

Benoit was educated at College Bois De Boulogne in Quebec and University du Quebec a Montreal (UQAM) where he majored in Psychology, Mathematics, Economics, and Business Law.
