Brothers Company, and Scotian WindFields
Inc., a Community Owned Nova Scotia Company,
announced today the award of a long term
power purchase agreement by Nova Scotia
Power. The joint venture partners have
been awarded a 20-year contract to develop
a 30 MW wind park in the Municipality
of Digby, Nova Scotia.

SunEdison and SkyPower Activate First Light, Canada’s First Operational Solar Energy Park
Stone Mills, Ontario (October 2, 2009) - Joint Venture Partners SunEdison Canada and SkyPower Corp., today
announced the activation of Canada’s first ground mount photovoltaic
solar system. The 9.1-megawatt (MW) project named First Light, located
in Stone Mills, Ontario covers 90 acres of land, about the size of
50 Canadian football fields.

December 13, 2007 – SkyPower Corp.

power purchase agreement with Newfoundland
and Labrador Hydro ("Hydro") to build,
