As Director of Project Development, Daniel Babcock is responsible for evaluating potential markets to identify investment opportunities and develop comprehensive strategies to secure new project sites. Focusing on project development, Dan collaborates with various constituencies, First Nations groups, landowners, government officials, technical experts and consultants to communicate issues, solicit cooperation and build support for SkyPower’s projects. Dan employs relationship building skills, cultural and community knowledge, and business sense to negotiate joint venture partnerships with First Nations groups as well as private land acquisitions in both Canada and the United States.
