Fermeuse wind farm ready to roll
NEWFOUNDLAND, December 13 - A wind farm south of St. John's may finally get a green light, following a series of sales of the company proposing its development. The 27-megawatt wind farm will be built near the Southern Shore community of Fermeuse last year.

TORONTO, December 13 - SkyPower Corp. ("SkyPower"), a company affiliated with Lehman Brothers, announced today that it signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro ("Hydro") to build, operate and sell power from a 27 MW Wind Project to be located in Newfoundland and Labrador.
