Fermeuse Wind Power Project
SkyPower Corporation hosted an Open House in Fermeuse, Newfoundland on January 17, 2008, which drew a crowd of approximately 100 people — a good portion of the village of 300.
The Open House presented background information on the project and wind power in general, the project configuration and its location.
The proposed Project would install 9 wind turbines of 3.0-MW, access roads and electrical collecting system and is expected to be in operation by December 2008.
