Harold "Sonny" P. Gordon

Sonny Gordon was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dundee Bancorp Inc. in November 2001 with prime responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, international business matters, government relations and strategic corporate initiatives.

Sonny has previously worked as a special assistant to a Minister of the Federal Government of Canada, was a managing partner of Stikeman, Elliott during his 28-year career as a practicing attorney and was most recently Vice Chairman of Hasbro, Inc. the toy and game company.

Sonny also serves as a director of Dundee Bancorp Inc., Alliance Atlantis Communications, Transcontinental Limited, Dorel Industries Limited, Sonomax Hearing Health Care Inc. and is Chairman of the Sauve Scholars Foundation.
