The development of a SkyPower solar project on your property can provide generous monthly revenue. If you have property of 75 acres or more, we want to talk to you. We’ll help you take advantage of Ontario’s Feed-in-Tariff program which provides attractive incentives for solar farms.

SkyPower has developed relationships with many landowners. Through land acquisition, land leases and land options to lease, SkyPower has access to tens of thousands of acres of limited use agricultural, industrial and undeveloped property. The development of solar projects on portions of these properties provides generous revenue for our landowner partners.

We value our relationships with landowners and we strive to ensure financial benefit while respecting rural society, culture and the environment. When SkyPower leases land for renewable energy development, we are responsible for the solar resource assessment, system design, permitting, planning, power sale, financing, procurement and project operation and maintenance.
